As we shifted into the Diamonds’ team structure, we recognized that individuals, talented as they are, can do better things together.
We started defining excellent team members as those who are dedicated to the team’s success and collaborate with others, emphasizing relationships of openness and trust.
Diamonds are built into

Since our early days as a small team, we have emphasized the importance and influence each
of our team members has.
The Diamonds’ team structure has started in order to maintain this culture as we keep growing, allowing every team member to evolve, lead,
